It not prohibited by Shari'a to do interbank transactions through securing liquidity, that one bank buys commodities and sell them to the other bank deferral selling, then the new owner sells them at the current price to get the liquidity, providing that the traditional bank buyer uses them in accepted reasons by shari'a like financing public construction, Either individually or in cooperation with Islamic banks (Syndication), but if the traditional bank will use the liquidity in lending to its customers, this is not allowed to enter with for this purpose in the Interbank, but if the beneficiary of the Islamic bank liquidity is not prevented from getting through a conventional bank in the manner mentioned above.
