Service Description:

Collection of a fine (beginning of settlement) for violations committed by customs secretariats regarding entry data for consumption.

Service Documents:

1.     Import License: Copy No. 3 relevant to the applicant.  

2.     Issue Note: Issued by customs, which may be a certified copy or original document.

3.     Letter from Customs: Notifying the collection of the fine stated on the issue note.

4.     Copy of Customs Declaration: Issued by customs.

Service Fees:

1.     Fees: 30% of the fine if the violation amount is less than 200,000 SYP.

2.     Fees: 35% of the fine if the violation amount is more than 200,000 SYP.
