1. Obtaining clearance from all banks operating in the Syrian Arab Republic for a natural person.
2. Verifying the size of the credit facilities granted to the applicant whose project is covered by the provisions of Investment Law No. 10 of 1991, in addition to the credit status in the banking sector.

1. Official referral from the Directorate of Economy and Trade (Form No. 1) - one copy.
2. Copy of the merchant registration certificate - one certified copy.
