Conducting all transfers in foreign currencies in Syria and abroad.

Service Documents:

1. Transfer Request Statement: A request for the transfer issued by the ordering body.
2. Approval of the Presidency of the Council of Ministers: An approval by the Presidency of the Council of Ministers to allocate foreign currency.

Service Fees:

1. Bank Commission:
   • Outward Remittance: 2 per thousand
   • Checks: 1 per thousand
   • Minimum Commission: $10
   • Maximum Commission: $100
2. Swift and Postal Telegram Fee: 550 SYP.

Requirements:

1. Submitting a transfer request from a public body.
2. Registration with the Service of Correspondence.
3. Registration with the Exchange Operations Audit Department.
4. Registration with the Monetary Operations Control Department to record allocations in foreign currency.
