1. Insurance Application: Requesting the company to insure and equip the premises according to the requirements of the Central Bank of Syria specified in the approved inspection report form pursuant to Decision No. (269/M.C) dated 10/4/2001 and amended by Decision No. (825/M.C) dated 7/3/2012.
2. Branch Information: Phone and fax numbers. Name of the branch manager.
3. Authorization letter: Authorization from the board of directors to the branch manager to sign on behalf of the company.
4. Branch Commencement of Work: The expected date for the branch to commence work.
5. Insurance contract: An insurance policy for cash and fixed assets in the branch.
6. Notice of payment: Notice of payment of 50,000 Syrian pounds registration expenses.
7. Company Premises Inspection: Inspection of the premises to ensure that all requirements of the Central Bank of Syria for premises dedicated to the money exchange profession are met.
- Requirements:
Issuance of a decision by the Management Committee approving the registration of the branch in the Exchange Companies Register, granting it the authorization to operate, and notifying the company of the decision.
