1- Monthly Sales Statement: A report detailing monthly sales and expenses.
2- Monthly Sales Statement: An exact duplicate of the expense documents, authenticated by the signatures of the accountant, regional director, or agent (if applicable), and endorsed with the official stamp of the bank where the company holds its account.
Requirements:
The company must be registered with the Ministry of Economy/The Service of Foreign Companies. Additionally, if there is an agent involved, the company must provide a contract or a certified copy of the contract, translated into the required language.

If the delegation decision is issued by the competent minister, an approval for the allocation of foreign currencies from the Foreign Currencies Priorities Committee of the Presidency of the Council of Ministers must be attached. This approval is issued based on a letter submitted by the relevant ministry to the committee. Only after obtaining this approval should a request be submitted to sell foreign currencies to the Central Bank of Syria.
